BLUF — Bottom line up front. Get the ask into the first two lines. People often read on mobile devices; they initally only see the headline.

If you have 3 questions, and more would be too many, then i) say in the BLUF part that there are three quesitons marked in blue and ii) separate out the quesions, maybe even with a heading: “Questions”. Do not expect me ot look for them in the text.

And I love the advice on using short paragraphs. Easier to to scan read.
